Revocation of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your genetic data at any time, with effect for the future.
How to withdraw
Send a withdrawal request from the email address registered to your account to performance@sportsdna360.com, stating your order number or kit code. No particular form is required and no reason has to be given.
Effect depending on stage
Before your sample reaches the laboratory: no analysis is performed and the sample is destroyed on arrival.
While the analysis is running: the analysis is stopped where technically possible and the sample and data are destroyed.
After the report has been generated: no further processing takes place, and your genetic results and report files are deleted on request. Deletion is irreversible and the report cannot be reissued.
What withdrawal does not affect
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Data we are legally required to retain, such as commercial and tax records relating to your order, remains stored for the statutory period. Withdrawal is not by itself a refund request; refunds follow Returns and Refunds.
Consumer right of withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase contract is separate from this consent withdrawal and is described in Returns and Refunds.
SPORTSDNA 360 is operated by AQVA. Laboratory analysis, collection kit logistics and genetic data processing are carried out by ATLAS BIOLABS LIFE SC. GMBH.
