Customer account

An account is required to place an order, activate a collection kit and access reports. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and inform us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Permitted use

The website and reports are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Automated extraction, reverse engineering, resale of reports, or use of report content to build a competing product is not permitted without written consent.

Nature of the service

All SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) analysis offered under SPORTSDNA 360 is research-based and informational. It is not a diagnostic test, does not detect, confirm or exclude any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified health professional.

Reports describe tendencies and predispositions relevant to training, recovery, endurance, metabolism and resilience. They do not predict athletic outcomes. Training, nutrition, environment, coaching and lifestyle remain decisive.

Never delay seeking medical advice, and never start, stop or change any medical treatment, because of the content of a report.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order for yourself. Assessments for children and adolescents (Youth & Growth) may only be ordered by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the minor's behalf.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise, in particular for injury to life, body or health.
