Conclusion of contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By completing checkout you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable statutory VAT. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. Payment is made through our payment provider using the methods offered at checkout.

Delivery of the collection kit

After payment is confirmed, a saliva collection kit is dispatched to the delivery address you provide, normally within 1–2 business days. Shipping is tracked.

Activation, return and turnaround

The kit must be activated in your account before the sample is returned; an unactivated sample cannot be matched to you and cannot be analysed. Results are normally available 3–4 weeks after your sample reaches the laboratory. Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Upgrades

Where a higher Sports DNA level is purchased as an upgrade, only the price difference to your existing level is charged. An upgrade re-analyses data from your existing sample where technically possible and does not include a second collection kit.

Delivery of the report

The report is delivered digitally through your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account accessible and your email address current.

Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are not liable for results that cannot be produced because a sample was collected incorrectly, contaminated, insufficient, degraded in transit or returned without activation. In such cases a replacement kit can be provided; see Returns and Refunds.

Once your sample has been received by the laboratory, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, because the analysis is individually performed on your sample.

It is not a diagnostic test, does not detect, confirm or exclude any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified health professional.

Applicable law

Statutory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
